Melody Lomboy started in the entertainment industry after graduating from UCI in 1999. While pursuing an acting career, she worked at various agencies in Los Angeles. After some success as an actor with a promising future, she started a family and decided she needed more stability. Being a college graduate, she decided to combine her business mind with her knowledge of the entertainment industry.
With the guidance of agents that mentored her, she started L&L Talent in 2006 and was SAG-franchised in 2007.

Mandy Jezin decided to pursue a career in advertising after college (imagining herself as a young Teri Garr from the film Mr. Mom... true story). After 8 years working national automotive advertising and some local stuff too, Mandy decided to trade late nights at the agency for late nights with newborns.
Following the birth of her second child, Mandy was thrilled to get into the talent side of advertising, working at L&L with her former UCI classmate Melody.
